Shipping & Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your goods will be delivered within 1-3 business days depending on availability. A $15.00 + GST Freight charge applies to all Brisbane Metro local deliveries, all other areas freight costs on request. Alternatively you can collect your items from our warehouse in Brisbane. Please see Showroom Location for details.
Privacy & Security
Design Data Management values your privacy. Your details are not sold or passed on to any other organisation. We may use them to send you offers and specials for the Design Data Management brand. All data and transaction details are encrypted for your security.
Returns & Replacements
All goods are covered by their manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty does not cover misuse through wear and tear through normal use. Goods are not warranted for commercial use unless the description specifies "commercial use". Faulty goods are to be returned within 7 days and must be accompanied by original packaging and paperwork. Non faulty goods are subject to management's discretion, must be in original packaging in good condition and be accompanied by original paperwork and carry a 20% restocking fee. All freight and credit surcharges are payable by the customer and are non-refundable. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Design Data Management can process payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order (goods will not be sent until payment has cleared). Credit Card payments attract a 1.5% surcharge. All pricing is set and there is no price protection for sale items after initial purchase. Secure online payments are conducted through PayPal our preffered payment method for ease and security. Electronic Fund Transfers can be arranged upon request. Please call for bank details.
Viewing Orders
You can veiw your order at any time by logging into your account. Contact us if you have trouble logging into the store.
Updating Account Information
It is very important to make sure your account information is current and up to date. We will only send goods to the address specified in your account information or as specified on your order.
